Which is more clean, hand or foot?

Many persons don’t want other’s foot to close to his hand. But I think foot is more clean than hand. The foot is always in shoe, it doesn’t contact other things. also with socks packed. but the hand always contact cell phone,keyboard which Is not very clean . and someone don’t like to wash his hand always.
