who knows any cure for migraines?

I have been suffering with headaches for as long as i can remember.Very intense,sometimes i cry.I went to the doctor and he said it was migraines but there is no cure,yet he did not give any medicine to take for it.I usually drink painkillers such as tylenol,advil and panadol but they didnt work so now i only take advil.I take four at a time although i know its not good thats what helps me from going insane with the pain.
